She uncharacteristically arrested on false pretense Russian drug mob suspect Dimitri Zubov, while a petty cocaine customer was murdered the same time. She probably also knew the whereabouts of elusive St. Louis accountant Carmine O'Brien, an embezzler, whom Lisbon's kid brother, now a novice bail enforcement agency's bounty hunter, is after, which would be a public danger even without dragging along his teenage brat daughter, whom Jane teaches pickpocket techniques.
