05E10 - Phoenix Rising

Korsak's old friend Rick Sullivan is dying in prison and begs him to disprove the case that put him there - the arson that killed his wife and daughter 15 years earlier. His surviving son Jason blames him for the deaths and still refuses any contact. Korsak's sense of urgency causes him to take the case file to Maura's home. Jane, awaiting medical clearance to return to work, sneakily helps herself to the file and 'privately' steals sealed information from the evidence room to help -with Franke, who sacrifices a free Sunday- uncover that the killers, members of a motorbike gang, confused targets tragically. Angela secretly keeps the mail from Jane that contains her clearance letter.
